2022 MURPH FUNDRAISER

8am-10am Start Time

Our Murph workout is in honor of Michael Murphy, a former Navy Seal who was awarded the Medal of Honor for his actions during the War in Afghanistan.


The Workout Consists of:

1 Mile Run

100 Pull Ups

200 Push Ups

300 Squats

1 Mile Run

(We will have modifications so everyone can do this workout one way or another!)

Feel free to bring friends and family!

Start time between 8am-10am,

work until complete!

Minimum donation is $10!

Minimum $10 Donation via Check or Cash Required
